  • Shipping & Delivery

    Orders are shipped once they are fully paid. Terms and conditions of shipping are outlined with the shipping company. Items are usually shipped from the warehouse within 2-3 days.

    Upon shipping a client is notified electronically with the shipping company name, tracking number and any other required information. Order handling times depend on the product stock availability.

This policy does not cover the practices of companies that Floraaromatics.com does not own or control, or the actions of people that Floraaromatics.com does not employ or manage.   • Returns & Replacements

    You may return any unopened product (except Skincare, Hair care and Makeup items) in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund minus shipping and gift wrapping charges.

    We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.

    Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

    Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

    We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Haircare or Makeup items due to health reasons.

  • We require the following information to process your return:
    • Full name and address
    • Phone number
    • E-mail address
    • Packing slip
    • The reason for returning the product
    All returns must be shipped back to Floraaromatics.com using a trackable courier (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation).

    If your package is returned to floraaromatics.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed" or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will have to charge a re-shipping fee.
    Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.
